Model A: Intermediation
Full transparency and separate agreements.
In this model, we act as your agent. We assist in negotiations and implementation, but you enter into formal agreements for technology licenses (dmsales.com, Peoplefone) directly with our partners.
Pricing Model
Our remuneration is simple and transparent. It consists of three key components, ensuring flexibility and cost predictability.
Fixed Subscription Fee
Covers the labor costs of the dedicated ZIELINET consultant team, project management, and infrastructure maintenance.
Partner License Costs
The direct cost of software and service licenses from our partners (dmsales.com, Peoplefone), passed on 1:1.
Optional "Success Fee"
An additional bonus for achieving specific, jointly defined business goals (KPIs), e.g., the number of scheduled meetings.
